Detailed System Design & Construction (DSDC) is a family-organized design & contracting firm presently based & registered in California as General Building, General Engineering Design & Build Contractor.
Incorporators are three brothers with 26 years of extensive Architectural & Engineering Design & Construction experience, who established their first construction company in the Philippines in 1983 under ARRMVILL Construction.
Licensed by Philippine Constructors Accreditation Board as General Engineering & General Building Contractor, the company entered into sub-contracting services with US Clark Airbase Philippines and contracting with two leading industrial companies, namely Philippine National Oil Company & Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, engaging in oil & gas producing & telecommunication services, including residential & commercial building design & contracting operation until 1991.
The company operated successfully for eight years.
In the early 1990's, the economic climate of the Philippines changed due to political instability.
In 1992, the company was forced to cease business when it became difficult to operate. The three brothers then went to pursue separate career opportunities in the US, Marianas Islands & the Middle East.
After gaining extensive overseas and US experiences in several companies, including military and government projects, Romulo Villanueva Jr. decided to re-establish the business in California in the year 2018 operating under a new name, Detailed System Design & Construction.
